Keep Your Resolution With a Home Gym!

So, you made a New Year’s resolution to get in better shape. But maybe you’re concerned about finding time and money for a gym. Make your home a gym instead. All you need is motivation, guidance and the right equipment. The first step: consult a medically based fitness professional like an exercise physiologist or physical therapist. They can offer advice and design a workout to meet your needs. Then get the equipment you need - consider exercise tubing, dumbbells, wrist and ankle weights, and an exercise ball. Strength training at home will help you strengthen your bones and joints, improve posture, ease stress and boost metabolism. Make sure you drink plenty of water and stretch before and after your workouts!
